Our Fee-
We have a set fee of $250 for 2 hours for luaus, parties, etc. A $50 deposit is sometimes required. The deposit is refundable if the weather is not suitable for rides, but not refundable if cancellation is for any other reason. We are willing to apply the deposit to another date if changes need to be made.

If we must travel more than 50 miles we do charge a gas fee. We live near Laupahoehoe on the east side.

If you are requesting we drive to the Kona side of the island, please contact us for the extra fee amount. It takes us 2 hours driving time to get there, 1/2 hour set up, and  2 hours of rides for the party. Then the additional 1/2 hour re-loading and 2 more hours driving time back home. That is a total of 7 hours for us so we must charge extra.

 

If you are involved in a fund raiser or special event we can work with you on the fee. 
We can charge per ride with no fee to you, or you can pay our fee and receive any money that may be raised at that event.

Recommended time slots-
We have 3 time slots that most people want, and that we try to accomodate. Please be aware that we try to do at least 2 parties a day. We try to be flexible and ask that you do, too, so others can enjoy the train also.
We need at least 20-30 minutes to unload, 20-30 minutes to reload after the party, and then traveling time to the next destination, and 20-30 minutes to unload  and set-up again.
Our best time slots are-
11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
2:30 p.m. -4:30 p.m.
and 
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for evening events.
We will try our best to adjust to everyone's schedules and ask that you do too.

Please make your reservations early if you want first time slot choice!!!

For our safety and others we do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if necessary. 
Safety is always our most important concern!
